Every year, we have a carnival block party on Summit Rd. Last year, I was too little to properly enjoy it. But this year…it’s a whole different story!

I did some swinging on the swings…

And some playing in the mini-bouncy house!

We had a picnic and I got to eat all sorts of good snacks with Ellie who lives across the street.

But my favorite part was the hayrides!

That’s Scott, Kaitlyn and Colby’s dad, in the funny hat driving the tractor. I even got inspired to try and find my own tractor to take out for a spin.

What a fun day! I can’t wait until next years Carnival Party!

For my 16th month pictures with bears, the bears and I decided to hang around in the living room and show you all how I can color at my table and chairs.

I’m a big girl, so I can sit right on the chairs. But the bears are too short for the table so they have to be propped up with pillows!

I love to color! The bears weren’t so interested in it.

So I entertained myself with the cap. Cap on, cap off. Cap on, cap off.
The end of the summer has been fairly uneventful. I’m getting to be a much better walker. My vocabulary is growing every day! I know, reading this you might think I have near complete mastery of the English language, but rest assured that my spoken capabilities have not yet reached my blogging vocabulary yet.
Dad says it has something to do with “ghost writing”, but Halloween is still a month away so I am not sure I believe him.
Also to be fair…we are post dating this post as we catch up with life. But I did want to share a few random photo’s with you all!

Here I am watching TV from my nice comfy…..basket!

Katia gave my Mom this boa last year for Christmas…I just love it. Green is my color don’t you think!

My Mom came back from Target one time with this Elmo purse! Who needs designer couture handbags when there’s vintage Elmo around!
Ok, I admit it. I have been having way too much fun living my life to properly document it. But we’re about to rectify that.

I am sitting down with my Dad now and we are going to put together some posts from recent events (and there have been a whole lot of them!). And yes, I will be backdating them for archival purposes. I know, it’s really not very “real time” of me as a good blog should be, but it’s the best that I can do. So be on the look out for some of my fun summer adventures.
