That’s right folks! I am walking! It’s been a slow transition to the upright position for me. I have been able to walk while attached to a fixed object like a table for some time and standing presented no real problem.
But I never understood the value of walking from one place to another when crawling is much more efficient, until recently. Now that I have started walking, I just can’t stop! I am pretty good at it too. I’ve only had a couple major falls.

I love to dance to Farmer Tad and his banjo. Thank goodness the nice people at Kenmore left me this bar right at the perfect height on my refrigerator!
Mom and Dad took me to my first visit to a petting zoo! We went to Charmingfare Farm in Candia, NH. Who knew such places existed? I saw so many animals that I had only seen pictures of before! And I got to pet them!
Needless to say, I was a little bit excited at the prospects of the day.
The first animal we saw was one I had never seen before. It was a llama. Llama’s are very funny looking and they ate food right out of Mom’s hands. They have very big tongues!
Then there were goats! And I even got to feed them myself!
We also saw some sheep. Both white sheep…
and funny little black sheep!
The cow moo’d at me…it was very loud!
I really did not want to leave!

I love my new Elmo chair!!!
I saw it at my friend Grace’s house and I just had to have it! My Mom went to a whole buch of Target’s and Walmart’s before she found it! I am real lucky to have a Mom that will go to such lengths to watch me laugh!
